One of the most important characters apart from Harry is Ron. The character is being represented by Rupert Grint. Rupert gave his debut film as Harry Potter And The Philosophers Stone. Before that, he just appeared in school plays and theaters. This movie bestowed him remarkable success and he even won the Young Artist Award for this movie. Though, very soon they both conciliate for the misunderstanding and become even better friends.

The character of Ron is precisely like Harry, but just lacks a bit of self-assurance. Both are equally sluggish at studies, and both have immense love for Quidditch, the wizard game. In his fifth year at Hogwarts, Ron is ultimately selected as a part of the team.

In the upcoming movie, Ron stays by Harry's side through all problems and specially close to him as Harry has recently lost his godfather. Besides, it turns out that he is resentful of Harry's victory at Quidditch and in potions class due to a mysterious book. Moreover, he continues to remain his reliable friend throughout the movie.

He even falls in love with Hermione, his other best friend, and gets into a major misunderstanding when he accidently drinks a love potion and falls head over heels in love with his classmate. There are a variety of scenes filmed on him, and is quiet an attractive and emotional character. Admirers are sure to love his performance in this movie. The movie has a dark touch to it but fans will take pleasure in every moment of it.
