Additionally, he should be able to keep his subordinates happy and should have an understanding attitude towards his subordinates.

He should also be a good communicator and should be able to understand others as well. Numerous problems in organisations are the result of poor communication. If a project supervisor is a good communicator he will be able to pass on a message to his subordinates as it should be understood and thus the problem, which may arise due to confusion would be very less.

The job of a project ecxecutive is very hectic and thus, only such a person would be suitable for the job of a project ecxecutive who is competent for the task and is able to work professionally under pressure. Various people lack this quality, and are able to keep cool under tense conditions and thus are not good project supervisors.
