You just have to make sure that it doesn't seem as if you're forcing it. When you do revert back to your old self, act normally around your ex. The last thing your ex wants is a needy person.

Even if your ex does not look at you the same way again, at least you're showing them what they might be missing out on. You have to keep in mind that it's their loss and not yours. Always keep your head up high.
