Also present to them the sketches that you made and ask for their feedbacks and opinions. If there are more people who dislike the draft that those who like it, go back to scratch and reconsider the design.

There are several programs to help you create website wireframes, but if you're a beginner it's advised to stick to the more popular ones and these are easier to use and learn. Just like any other plan, website creation should work within your budget. Don't invest much in expensive programs as there are many free tools and resources which you can utilize and improvise to publish a well-thought, nicely design website wireframe.
