Pivot under seat level

The ideal raw materials for folding chairs should be strong yet light weight and should be resistant to exposure to the elements especially when often used outdoors. Good materials include pre-treated wood and metals like stainless steel and aluminum layered with protective coating. Heavy and strong fabrics are often used such a thick canvas and well as plastics.
