China Will Become Brazil's Major Trading Partners and Beneficiaries

JP Morgan Managing Director and Chairman of China Securities and commodities Jing Ulrich said in a report that China already has become Brazil's major trading partners, and in its infrastructure to benefit the sufficient condition.

The report said China's iron ore, crude oil and other commodities and the demand for soybeans and other agricultural exports, Brazil will remain the main driving force.

2001-2009, the annual compound growth of bilateral trade reached 35.6%. Three quarters of 2010, Brazilian exports to China reached 27.6 billion (annual increase of 30.1%). The report said the Chinese investment in Brazil is mainly in order to obtain raw materials needed to promote domestic growth, the mining, energy, oil and gas industry has naturally become the most popular. Given China's shortage of oil resources and liquidity, while Petrobras will need to fund the development of these capital-intensive deep-sea project, so this is a good opportunity for bilateral cooperation.

With a low cost, as a large-scale infrastructure development projects in countries, China and the Government of Brazil has signed cooperation agreements and building a sufficient condition.

In April at the "BRIC" summit, Brazilian President Lula said Brazil Chinese companies in preparation for a good chance to participate in the 2014 World Cup and 2016 Olympic Games and the development of infrastructure projects.

China Railway Materials Corporation is scheduled to run through in Campinas, Sao Paulo and Rio de Janeiro's bid for high-speed rail system.

"We believe that only high-speed railway between China and Brazil, one of many areas of cooperation. While the developed countries and many developing countries possess relevant professional experience in infrastructure projects, China will take advantage by virtue of opportunity cost."
