Food that should be avoided or at least kept to a minimum are junk foods such as pizza, chips and fried meals. If an individual is just wanting to prevent the problem it is possible to have the occasional treat every now and again. It is believed that an ideal exercise session will last for thirty minutes at least, individuals should do this three times a week ideally. People would be wise to run their change in lifestyle by a Doctor first.
