Iron patio outdoor sets, although they are technically durable, they have one key weakness unlike other materials: rust. An ideal way to o prevent this from happening is by applying a liberal coating of automotive wax on the metallic surfaces. If rust is ever found on the surface, it could be removed by wiping it off with the use of sandpaper. For effective maintenance, it is a good idea to assess the surface at least one time every year.
