This type of leather is processed and sanded in order to remove any unwanted blemishes to give it a polished look, which unfortunately also decreases its durability.

Full Grain Leather

This type of grade is the one most used to create luggage such as leather handbags. It is most ideal for this purpose due to its distinct rigidity as well as the surface characteristics. This type of leather goes through several types of tanning processes in order to achieve a specific outcome.

When it comes to genuine leather, consider not only the external characteristic that the product has. Sure, leather handbags can be great to look at and is great for holding most of your things. But in some cases if you use it too often and the grade is not of the good kind, you end up with a bag that starts to fall apart.
