Heat the apple in a pot filled with water until it becomes soft enough to mash to extract the liquid. Mix the liquid well with the dried herb and the lemon juice. When you have properly stirred the mixture, add 5 drops of the orange oil. When you take a bath, scrub this mixture onto your body in circular motions. Rinse it off after 20 minutes. The whole milk shall soften the skin while the glycolic acid in sugar is a natural exfoliant. You will find your skin smooth and cleansed with this skin care remedy.
