If you possess the funds, book this one. The airborne views are magnificent and the Antelope side-trip is off the charts.

There's a great deal of wildlife to observe while you are on this type of excursion. It is quite unforgettable specifically if you go with family (kids as young as four years old can take this trip). You can take photos and keep it in a journal and album forever. What a keepsake that will be. I know from my personal experiences on the river that I still chat about floating past Horseshoe Bend.

There are no requirements to put on a life vest but I recommend you error on the side of caution. Other items to carry along include a hat, sun glasses, a light-weight long-sleeved shirt, sport sandals, sun block, lip balm, salty snacks and water. I also suggest preparing a dry bag with an extra set of clothes. The motor coach ride back is about two hours and you'll want to be dry and comfy.

In addition to booking your journey ahead of time, I strongly suggest you reserve your seats using the net. It nearly goes without saying nowadays that the leading rafting deals are on the web, and float excursions are no different. Beware that the great deals you see on the internet are Internet-only discounts. If you don't complete your purchase on the website, you'll end up having to pay full list price. Not a good thing, especially when you can utilize the savings to buy impressive Native American handicrafts at the Cameron Trading Post on the return part of your journey.
