Effectively a chiropractor re-aligns the spine, so the rest of your joints can function correctly. Check online and you can search their database to find a chiropractor that is registered in your area. If your back problem is not too severe, you may find that there is a substantial improvement after just one visit and certainly, after you have attended a couple of times, you will notice a big difference.
