1. Choose a name

Also, you have to make sure that the terms "limited liability company" or even the abbreviation LLC is included in the name of your business.

2. Hire a registered agent

3. Get and fill out the necessary forms

You have to take note of the fact though that processing is much faster if you submit them personally.
