7) Your words and your actions will always do two things, lift people up or tear them down. Continually concentrate on building people up. If you empower them succeed then they will be there for you as a private salesman or woman later.

This is how you can command a presence in your leadership. If you focus on making these 7 points your strengths, then people will wish to be on of your team. Or, you'll be a desired asset for a team like Henry Ford's.
