We offer two categories of membership, and two levels of each category.

The Levels are:

Team
Power

Players are in an assigned pool with 7 other players. You play on a total of 8 tickets per drawing and receive 10% of any winning proceeds. As a player, you cannot earn referral commissions or build your pool.

Captains start out on a clean slate. You are responsible for building your own pool by referring others to Lotto Magic, however, your pool is unlimited!

Not only that, your pool "stretches" 5 levels deep, so if you enroll someone, and they enroll someone, and that person enrolls someone, etc... you are playing on all of those tickets, even though you did not personally refer the people beyond your first level.

In addition to an unlimited width, 5 level deep pool, you also earn a referral commission on every single person whose tickets you are playing on, so, you can get paid to play the lottery, even if every single ticket you are playing on turns out to be worthless loser!

Levels are simple:

Team means you are playing in only the Florida Lotto.

Power means you are playing in BOTH the Florida Lotto and Powerball.

So by combining the two possible levels with the two possible categories, the four membership options are:
Team Player

This is the most basic of our Membership Levels.

As a Team Player, you will be playing on a total of 8 tickets in each Florida Lotto drawing. If anyone of those tickets win anything, you get 10% of the proceeds.

Team Player membership is $25 per month.

Notes:

Your pool is fixed.
You cannot earn commissions as a Player. Your only income will be from Lottery winnings.
You only play in the Florida Lotto.


Power Player

Receive the same benefits as a Team Player, plus play in all Powerball drawings too.

This works the same:

You are assigned a total of 8 numbers for all Powerball drawings and receive 10% of any winning proceeds.

Power Player Membership is $60 per month.


Team Captain

As a Team Captain , you start out by playing on only your own numbers in every Florida Lotto drawing. If your numbers win anything, you get 50% (as opposed to the 10% players get) of any winning proceeds.

You also have the capability to build your pool as wide as you want by referring other members. For every Team Captain or Power Captain you enroll, you receive a $25 monthly bonus and you are playing on their Florida Lotto tickets. You receive 10% of the proceeds if any of their numbers win anything.

Your pool also stretches down five levels. You play on all tickets five levels deep and receive 10% of any winning proceeds. You also earn a referral commission of $2 per month for every Team or Power Captain in levels two through five of your organization, regardless of lottery drawing outcomes.

Team Captain Membership is $50 per month and can easily be offset by referring just two Team or Power Captains! Do this and play the Florida Lotto FOR FREE!

Notes:

Your pool is unlimited.
You earn commission on everyone in your pool through five levels.
You only play in the Florida Lotto.
You can upgrade to Power Captain any time prior to the next month's drawings.

Power Captain

This is the Grand-Daddy of our Membership Levels!

Receive all of the Team Captain benefits, PLUS:

Play on your own set of Powerball numbers for every drawing and receive 50% of any winning proceeds
Play on all Powerball tickets of every Power Captain in your organization through five levels and receive 10% of any winning proceeds.
Commissions on Power Captains in your organization are DOUBLE the Team Captain commissions! So for every Power Captain you enroll, you receive a monthly bonus of $60 and for every Power Captain in your organization on levels two through five, you receive $4.

Power Captain Membership is $120 per month and can easily be offset by referring just two Power Captains! Do this and play in both lotteries FOR FREE!

Are lottery clubs and pools legal?
Yes. States with lotteries recognize lottery clubs and pool playing. Lotto Magic does not sell lottery tickets. Only retailers who have been contracted by the Florida Lottery Commission are authorized to sell tickets. Lotto Magic promotes lottery club play with our computerized system to enhance our club member's chances of winning. If there are no lotteries in your state, this may be your only way to play the lottery.

Doesn't the United States Postal Service have rules regarding lotteries?
Yes, several are in the US Code.
Sec. 3005 regarding lotteries has been on the books for about 50 years. It was
written to prevent people from starting their own lotteries. Lotto Magic is not conducting a lottery –we are merely a club playing the Florida lottery.
Another statute frequently referred to is Sec. 1302 – Mailing lottery tickets or related matter. We do not mail any lottery tickets or Florida lottery materials through the mail.

How do I find out what numbers you are playing for me?
You will receive a welcome letter that will have your numbers on them. Each month you will also receive a report that shows the previous month's winning numbers, your team members and their lotto numbers, your enroller bonuses, commissions, and winning ticket profit sharing.
Your account balance will be shown as well as how much money is needed to renew your club membership for the next month. Winning numbers can be verified on the internet at www.flalottery.com, the official website of the Florida State Lottery.

Can you guarantee any winnings?
No. With all state lotteries, there are many losers compared to the few winners. No one can guarantee a winner. History has shown that the club method (or pooling) of lottery play produces more winning tickets than any other method. Who is eligible to join Lotto Magic?
Our club has members worldwide. The only requirement to claim a prize in a lottery is that you are 18 years of age (and have a winning ticket!)

Can I play my own numbers?
Yes, however, we don't recommend it. We also will not play your selection if another Lotto Magic member has your numbers. This is one of our computerized advantages — no duplicate numbers among our members.
Our computer system also takes into account past winning number combinations –and does not play them again. According to Gail Howard (author of books on lotteries), past drawn number combinations probably won't appear for another 1,000 to 1,500 years.
