Never Give Up on Your Dreams

I'm sure like me, you have heard it so many times,
the classic story of a young person feeling like they
can do anything and somewhere along the line they
stop beleving that they can achieve anything.

In this post I want to get the message across that
you should never give up on your dreams.

In my own personal experience, I can relate to that
classic story that I mentioned above...
In my case, I finished high school and went to
college. After completing that (and working very hard
to get great grades) I got a job...
In between those years of leaving high school and working
full time, I found that my enjoyment of life and the way
I looked at things got worse and worse...

I remember one time in my life when I got my license.
I went driving for one of the first times alone to see my Girlfriend
Karly (she's in my display picture above)
She said to me that day

"The world is our oyster"

Which means, we have the ability and freedom to do anything.

Somehow along the way I stopped believing this and gave up on
those dreams I had, I wasn't happy with where I was.

Coming to the realization that you should never give up on your dreams

I decided to do something about it...
If you are not happy with where you are, nobody is forcing you to be there.
I realized that one day at work – nobody was threatening me to stay there
even though I hated it, I didn't do anything about it.
This made me feel good and bad at the same time!
