The Mystery of Pyramid Powers

Let's take a more scientific look at this pyramid powers stuff. There's a lot of talk about pyramid power, but not much research to back it up.
I don't believe in the psychic stuff, but there's one thing about the power of pyramids I am forced to consider.

Now I am a rather skeptical person and at first I just wasn't interested in hearing about my friend's story of the secret of pyramids. He is right into pyramid powers and says there are secrets pyramid designs hold. He says there are mysteries around the power of pyramid structures, but I told him the power pyramids hold is over his sanity.

So Dave made a bet. He bet me $20 that he could prove to me a secret of the pyramids in a practical scientific way.
We would set up an experiment, he said and I would actually prove it to myself.
I said I wasn't interested in his pyramid healing powers and his meditation stuff, but he assured me that this was to be a practical demonstration of one aspect of the pyramid powers.
He sounded a bit sure of himself, as he always does, but who cares, I'll be making 20 bucks!

So now, let me tell you what we were to do.

Dave reckoned that pyramids can sharpen razor blades.
I reckoned I could buy some thing nice with my 20 bucks.

We were to set up an experiment to prove it. I was happy to go along ... Dave brought out a small cardboard pyramid shaped sort of box thing.
It looked the same shape as the pyramids we see in pictures and it had a flat bottom on it, a bit bigger than the pyramid shape on top. He opened one side, like a door and inside was a small stand with a twin blade razor cartridge on it.

Now the deal was that I was to shave with that blade and that blade only for two months.
I said I was looking forward too much to my 20 and how about one month.
The tactic was to see if the blade got dull in that time. Now I would ordinarily get roughly a month from a blade, but by then it would be getting time to chuck it out. He agreed to one month on the condition that if he was ahead at that stage, I would keep using it.
I thought that was pretty good. I would get my 20 in a month - for sure. If there was a remote risk he was right I would have another month to figure a way out of it.

Its win / win. I knew there were really no pyramid powers.
