I was born fat, ugly, and poor. Can you imagine that? It's true, that's how I felt most of my early life. Some people are born ugly, but not fat. Others are born fat, but not poor. Yet others are born poor, but not ugly. I was born with all three. Since I was a kid I can remember struggling with what was evident and I hated myself despite what my mom or grandmother said to encourage me. To make things worse, at an early age I had to work even when I did not want to. Young kids are not supposed to hate themselves and their lives.

As a young man I was on a journey to find happiness and acceptance. That miracle occurred many years later when I encountered faith in God, and it was only then that I accepted who I was created to be and started to love myself. My only other problem was that now I was on a quest to get people to love and accept me. So what did I do? I worked hard at everything I did so that I would excel and be noticed by all those who I came in contact with.

I have come to certain conclusions in my experiences concerning those that find themselves in similar circumstances. These conclusions in my opinion are that there are many ugly persons that are actually really beautiful, and that there are many beautiful persons that are actually real ugly. In the same way, there are poor people that are rich in mind and there are rich people that are poor in mind. And still, you can be poor and be poor in mind and you can be rich and be rich in mind. Well the overweight problem can be taken care of, if we eat right and do some kind of exercise.
I said all of that to say this, if you enjoy working from 9 to 5 so that when you leave your job you have no immediate cares, more power to you. But if you are working 9 to 5 and you hate what you are doing, I encourage you to look around because there is a thousand ways to live for a living. One of the greatest days of my life is when my eldest son Daniel said to me, "Dad there is a thousand ways to make money". I responded to him, "chose one or two and go for it". Today Daniel enjoys a lifestyle that is second to none. He loves what he doing and is without the daily grind that I went through when I was his age.

There are four ways to make money. The first way is that you work from 9 to 5, but if you do not show up to work you will not get paid. Secondly, there are those who fire their boss and become self-employed, no longer will they be told when they can have lunch or vacations or when they can go see their doctor. The only problem with that is if you do not show up to work you will not get paid. The third category is those who are self-employed and have a business system setup so that whether they come in to work or not they still get paid. I am in that category. I can take off for three months and still get paid because we have a business system that works even while I'm not there. Then lastly there are those who invest money to have money work for them, instead of them working for money.

What makes network marketing or multi-level marketing exciting is that you come into a business opportunity and you become your own boss. Just continue to follow the system long enough to become successful and develop residual income. No lease or mortgage payments, no inventory, no employees, no waste or theft. It can't get better then that!!!

Even if your success in your networking company takes a little longer than you expected at first, you can know that it will come if you grow as a person and continue to follow the system. For example, the company that I joined is Organo Gold, which has an 18 month system that has worked for thousands. If you sponsor two persons in the first month and teach those two persons to sponsor two more in the second month, now you have four. On the third month you teach the four to sponsor two you will now have twelve. Continue this process and at the end of a 12 month period there will be a minimum of 4096 persons in your downline. If you joined the company with a gold pack, you will earn 20% of the 50 dollar minimum auto ship per person per month. That adds up to a total 208,800 dollars, from which you would take home a little over 40,000 dollars a month. Now let's consider if you only made half of that, which is 20,000 dollars, or even 10 thousand a month. Would you be happier than where you are working at now? Even if instead of accomplishing this in 12 months it took you 12 years, wouldn't that be better than retiring with an income of 700 to 1000 dollars a month?

Now the choice is yours and whatever that choice is, know that you will live and eat by that choice. I am a successful business person and it to me 55 years to see the light. What will you do to change your future?
