Building Self-Confidence through the process of Autosuggestion.

Many of you may already know what autosuggestion is, but if you don't, basically it is where you consciously tell yourself something until your subconscious picks it up. I am fascinated with this subject. I really puts the power of "faith" into a reality. Many of you may or may not know this but self-confidence has ALWAYS been a huge struggle in my life. I tend to hide it fairly well, but in my head I tend to be terrified of certain things or worry what does this or that person really thinks of me or what I'm doing or if they are gonna like it or not. I've made some poor decisions from that and some ok decisions as well. What I am learning day in and day out since this whole new venture of being successfully minded, is that pretty much EVERY successful person has to have self-confidence. If not, reaching their goal will be up to the amount of support their followers give them. And to be quite honest, if you are looking to do something extraordinary, more than likely you will not have a huge support system until you "make it." So it would really benefit you to have self-confidence and not to have confidence just in other people. I've been through some of the most insane and down right wrong situations in the past few years and have had to deal with a lot of issues with my self worth and other things all because I had hardly any confidence in myself.

Now that I've gotten ahold of this training, it really has shed light on a whole new way of thinking and living. I've started to apply these principles in my life and it's crazy what amount of change it will bring in your life. I'm looking forward to having a successful work day everyday, I tend to have a hard time falling asleep because I'm so pumped for the success I had earlier that day. Then when I actually fall asleep, I sleep very peacefully, which has been a rare thing for me in the past few years. So I want to share with you all what I'm doing to build my self-confidence. Some of you may recognize this from the book "Think and Grow Rich." A must read!

Self-Confidence Formula

First.
I know that I have the ability to achieve the object of my Definite Purpose in life, therefore, I DEMAND of myself persistent, continuous action toward its attainment, and I here and now promise to render such action.

Second.
I realize the dominating thoughts of my mind will eventually reproduce themselves in outward, physical action, and gradually transform themselves into physical reality, therefor, I will concentrate my thoughts for thirty minutes daily, upon the task of thinking of the person I intend to become, thereby creating in my mind a clear mental picture of that person.

Third.
I know through the principle of auto-suggestion, any desire that I persistently hold in my mind eventually seek expression through some practical means of attaining the object back of it, therefore, I will devote ten minutes daily to demanding of myself the development of SELF-CONFIDENCE.

Fourth.
I have clearly written down a description of my DEFINITE CHIEF AIM in life, and I will never stop trying, until I shall have developed sufficient self-confidence for its attainment.

Fifth.
I fully realize that no wealth or position can long endure, unless built upon truth and justice, therefore, I will engage in no transaction which does not benefit all whom it affects. I will succeed by attracting to myself the forces I wish to use, and the cooperation of other people. I will induce others to serve me, because of my willingness to serve others. I will eliminate hatred, envy, jealousy, selfishness, and cynicism, by developing love for all humanity, because I know that a negative attitude toward others can never bring me success. I will cause others to believe in me, because I will believe in them, and in myself.

I will sign my name to this formula, commit it to memory, and repeat it aloud once a day, with full FAITH that it will gradually influence my THOUGHTS and ACTIONS so that I will become a self reliant, and successful person.

Once you get a full grasp on this formula, you will start seeing results like never before. You will begin doing things you've always wished to do. You will have the belief system built inside you to KNOW that you can achieve ANY goal you set your heart on. The beauty in all of this is that, when you start to achieve your goals, you can use your story to inspire and empower others!! And that really is the ultimate satisfaction for me, knowing that I have changed someone's life forever in a very real and easy way.
