Remember that the most effective way of attracting people to join your company is providing hard evidence of your own success, since this would get rid of their uncertainties with regards to your company and would even make them think that they could soon become like you if the decide to join your company.

This could especially work with close friends or relatives, since they have complete faith in you and they would have no doubts if these would come from someone they truly know and not just from some random person they would meet on the street.
