There are many different types of family business conflicts that may arise among workers, especially when some are "family" and others are not. Different techniques may be needed to resolve different types of family business conflicts.

Listen Carefully & Take Notes
Whether the problem is between two employees with similar positions, the members of two teams or a supervisor and an employee, it is important for you as a manager to listen carefully to the people involved and take notes.
