If you have joint pain, just mix lavender oil with jojoba oil before gently massaging them onto the area where the pain comes from.
Rose
People use rose essential oils to relieve problems that involve menstrual cramps, anxiety, and asthma.
For menstrual cramps, you have to apply and gently massage these ingredients onto your abdomen:
- Two drops of lavender oil
- A drop of clary sage
- A drop of rose oil
- 5 cc of almond oil

If you have asthma, just use the rose oil as an inhalant until you can breathe normally.

Sesame

If you have dry skin and dandruff, then you can use sesame essential oils to relieve them.
For dry skin, apply sesame oil onto your affected areas and leave it overnight.

For dandruff, massage the sesame oil onto your scalp before bedtime. After that, you should wash your hair on the next day. Continue using the oil for 30 days for best results.
