-- Broccoli.

-- Brussels sprouts.

-- Strawberries.

-- Papaya.

Remember, building and maintaining a strong immune system in conjunction with other important preventative measures can save a lot of suffering in the long run. When properly managed, being a carrier of the herpes virus doesn't have to include unnecessary outbreak episodes.
