An individual's self-esteem starts within his family. Parents should trust their kids and show their moral support in their child's ambitions and accomplishments in order to boost their confidence. When a child has that positive outlook in life, he will be able to handle tiring situations easily.
Listen to your child. Find time for them. Talk to them about stress and explain to them that it is a normal thing that everyone will surpass. Children who do not feel love from their parents tend to rebel or show negative behaviours such as being aggressive.
Travelling with your kids or playing a sport with them may also help relieve all that stress in them.
Sometimes, especially in this new generation, children tend to be emotional. A big influence on this is the media. By guiding them and monitoring what they browse on the Internet or watch on the tube, you will be able to prevent your child from being too stressed out with things that are not actually stressful.
