Thus, it goes without saying that you should know how to deal with people in a very friendly way. Having an idea of their preferences, lifestyle and even the simplest likes and dislikes can set the difference between a potential buyer and an actual buyer. Plus, people will always feel comfortable to transact with people who are easy to talk to.
