N52 magnets, or also known as neodymium magnets, are rare earth magnets made from boron, iron, and neodymium. This is the strongest type of magnet currently available. They are used in cases where a very high magnetic strength is required in a small environment. The magnetic fields produced by these magnets are very strong. They can cause electronic devices to malfunction when within range.

As previously stated, N52 magnets have a whole lot of uses. In the field of medicine, they are used in magnetic therapy to help ease the symptoms and relieve the pain that is produced by health problems. They are also being used for the MRI scanning machines. For industrial use, they are used in alarms and security systems, computer hard drives, television, and generators, to name a few. N52 magnets are also present around the house. Some toys are made which contain the magnets. In the garage, the magnets are often used as oil filters to separate metal chips and iron fillings from the oil. They are also great as metal detectors, whether it is to find nails on the floor, under the floor, and even in the walls. The magnets can even be used to hold things in place, because of their weight-they can hold objects up to a thousand times their own weight.
