If you have a No return, No exchange policy, state it in the purchasing page. Delivery policies and payment options should also be included in your homepage.

Think of the Perks. The perks that a customer can get are among the most crucial parts in online business. Do you have any freebies? Is the shipping fee free? Will you be having a 10% discount for the first 100 customers? These special offers could attract your target market and will definitely boost your website's performance.

Customer Service Option. Some customers may want to talk to a customer service in case there are problems encountered. Whether it is an email customer service or a live customer service, make sure that the consumer will feel important. In addition, the personnel should be polite and should properly answer the questions well.

So basically, in revamping your website, you need to consider the user's experience. How will the customer feel about the website? Is it easy to navigate? Will it answer the basic questions of the target market? With a strategic web design, you can already increase the sales of your online business.
