Fitness workout and exercise plays an important role in maintaining your body healthy and in keeping it in good shape. But not everyone has the motivation and commitment to engage in fitness workout programs may be because of lack of equipment and motivation. In any case, if you get started with your fitness workout, understand these four hard core rules first:

Breathe- commonly, a person in the middle of a workout only remembers to exhale when doing hard exercises and inhale when doing the easy part. This should not always be the case, good and stable breathing rate is essential to have an effective workout.

Form  each exercise has different rules which should be followed. Failing to do so may result to an ineffective workout. So do not do your exercise wrong to avoid dissipated effort and worse, injury.

Pace  be reminded of the rate of speed to which you do the exercise. It is preferable to do some exercises slowly to let your muscles work more. however, this does not mean that you have to rest in between push up or curls up, but you do not have to do this so fast as well.

Fail  your first goal when doing a workout is to fail this means that you have to push your strength to its limit until you cannot do it anymore. Always focus on working harder and harder. Do everything you can and fail, only then will you attain success.

Now that you have conditioned yourself already, it is time to know the points where your fitness workout should focus. There are different types of exercises which aim to improve four core areas: cardio, upper body, core, and lower body.

Cardio exercises target the heart. The best fitness workout to have a healthy heart and body is to do a number of aerobic exercises. And nothing can compare with running when it comes to cardio exercises. However, in as much as it is beneficial to the body, many refuse to do it simply because they do not like running. One thing you can do to keep you motivated is to run with friends and to add more fun, create running variations with them.

Meanwhile upper body training focuses on the shoulders, arms, and chest muscles. Although exercises to improve this part of the body are considered easy and show results fast, they are equally the ones performed incorrectly. An important consideration in doing an upper body exercise is to decide on the number of times you will do each. Take note that you can just stop repeating an exercise not because you are tired, but because your body cannot physically do it anymore.

The most common core exercise is sit-up, of course, this has to be done with variations to work your entire core muscles to their limit most of these exercises only require mat or towel. Specifically, one can do the roll-up and roll down and basic plank.

Lastly, lower body exercises focuses on improving the strength of your legs and thighs. Some exercises that you can do are squats and stair steps.

You have to cover these four essential areas to have a holistic and complete body fitness workout regimen.
