O.K. I can afford to lose a few pounds and yes my trousers are a bit tight on the waist band. My friend and I both wanted to lose some weight and get a bit fitter, so we looked online and found "Salisbury Fitness Instructor". Well I rang them up and we had a chat, they were very friendly and asked a few pertinent questions and after a while decided to join a group at the local gym.

We both went to the group session and had a gentle introduction to a get fit lesson, we enjoyed it and agreed to do it twice a week to see how it would go. Our salisbury fitness instructor said he would gently up the sessions so that it would have a good affect on our fitness level, he also wanted us to set a target weight loss so that we could have something to shoot at.

After a while I thought I would start to have a private session with my Salisbury fitness Instructor once a week on top of my gym session, and he really mixed it up for me.

Sometimes we would go to the local park and he would put me through a few different exercises that really stretched me, the next morning I would really feel it and my muscles would ache and I could barley walk properly. I was feeling better overall and reaching my targets and having to set new ones. I was losing weight and having to go shopping and get some new clothes and yes I felt really good about myself.

Other times we would go running, he would pick the route and it was a bit like a magical mystery tour and I really enjoyed it. Then he would get me back to the gym and put me on all the items in the gym, rowing machine, the treadmill, and all the other items that were dreamed up to get you fit and make you ache. After all is said and done, my Salisbury fitness instructor has made a new man of me and I would recommend him to anyone.
