Multi Level Marketing Tips - The Person In Charge

So you are an entrepreneur huh? You have a multi level marketing business and everything is going according to plan right? No! What's wrong? So the question is, "Are you making the progress that you want to make"? "Are you where you want to be in your life"? Why not? Who is the person in charge here?

Often in life we fall into the trap of placing blame. My boss did... my spouse did... , my kids are... my car is... and we can go on and on about how or why things aren't working as well as we hoped for.

The simple truth is, as long as we look outside ourselves for the reasons why things are not working out for us, we will never fix the problem. We will never find the person in charge. So assuming we are in a multi level marketing company, one of the common complaints is, "my up line doesn't support me". Well what about your down line. Are you supporting it or are you simply waiting for your up line to help you support your down line or are you providing the support you wish you had. Become your own up line, make the support you need for your down line and in the process you will become better networker and be better at all aspects of your business.

A frequent complaint is about the products. So you might say," If the product was better, I would have an easier time". Jim Rohn once said, "don't wish things were easier, wish you were better." So my next question is, "do you believe in the product yourself?" If not, maybe you need to consider changing to a different multi level marketing company. It is imperative that we believe in the product if we are going to promote a network marketing company. We must be a product of the product. So once again, who is in charge here?

Now if you personally believe in the product but are not making any money or having any success, then the next question is, "Is anyone making money or having success"? If the answer is "yes" then the product or opportunity is not the problem. Once again, we need to look in the mirror and the solution to our problem will be staring back at us. The person in charge is in the mirror

Ah ha you say, but the pay plan sucks. Really! Is anyone making money? OK then maybe it is not the pay plan. In all network marketing endeavors, everyone has the same pay plan, the same products and services the same marketing collateral and the same opportunity. If someone is making it work and you are not, there is only one place that the fault can be. Sorry, but it's that guy in the mirror again.

The reality is, if you place blame outside of yourself, you can never grow into the opportunity and will never achieve the success you are after in your multi level marketing company. You must take 100% responsibility for yourself and for your results. It really is that simple. You are the person in charge!
