1. Visit a good Article Directory
2. Search for content on the topic you desire
3. Go through the results and locate a suitable article
4. When you locate that suitable article
5. Copy that article
6. To avoid any duplicate content problems add an opening and closing paragraph to the article
7. Make sure your 2 new paragraphs contain your target keyword.
8. Use this article as content for your website

Another thing you could do to ramp this all up even more is to get guest bloggers to post articles on your blogs.

You cannot loose. If I were to start over this is precisely what I would do to ensure I have good steady flow of quality traffic for many years to come.
