How many times have you tried to get someone else to love you only to have it end in utter disappointment? Convincing others to love you is not the answer. Love simply cannot be forced. But, somehow that doesn't keep us from trying. We still attempt to manipulate circumstances so that we can try to feel loved. Yet, this is like slapping a tiny band aid on a big bleeding wound. It just won't work!

Love is an inside job. You must be willing to love yourself even when there is no physical evidence of anyone else loving you. It is the love that you have for yourself that will attract love from outside of yourself.

Self-love is really the only kind of love there is. Every other type of "so called" love is only an illusion. It is extremely conditional. Do this for me and I'll do this for you. If you love me, you'll... Just fill in the blank with any of the hundreds of statements we say to try to get that love back from others.

Self-love is full acceptance of who you are. It is not about what you have or how you look. It is taking an intimate look at who you are and feeling gratitude and full acceptance for your total being.

Deep within your heart and soul you know that you are enough. However, society has talked you out of being in touch with your true nature. Your divine, natural state of being is always abundant.

In your natural state, you have no actual wants, needs or desires because you already have the entire universe inside of you. Yes, you really are that abundant! You just needed to be reminded of that.

It all exists within your soul. Tap into your inner reservoir to draw it out. Rediscover the truth that you are enough.


How to Access the Love Inside
Meditating has allowed me to make huge breakthroughs in self-love. In meditation, nothing else exists. There are no worries, fears or problems. It is a totally safe place I can go to just "be."

When I meditate stress fades away. I relax completely. It's at this point that I know I'm connected to my heart and soul. Meditation helps you to strip away everything that blocks you from feeling loved. It opens up your awareness so you know that you are enough.

Say It! I AM Enough.
As you've journeyed through life others tried to convince you that you are somehow inadequate. You may have inadvertently gotten the message that you're not enough and internalized it. Though you took on this lower energy, it is not yours. That energy does not have to be a part of your reality if you consciously decide to change it.

Low feelings, insecurities and mindless chatter can keep you from connecting with the real you. As quickly as those feelings come, you can transmute them into higher energies that truly resonate with your soul. You are worthy of love. You are enough.

If you want the law of attraction to work in your favor, you have to believe and feel that you are enough. You attract experiences based on your strongest feelings. This is why it is crucial for you to radiate the loving energy, "I am enough and I am loved!"

You can instantly access this higher energy vibration any time you want. Place your hand over your heart and say these words with me...

I am loved.
I am loving.
I am lovable.
I am worthy.
I am enough.
I love me!

When you say these words you are entering a higher state of abundance. You know that delightful feeling? It's that uplifting feeling you get when you speak loving words to yourself. You feel light, blissful and free. That's what the truth sounds like.

Any other energy that is directed at you is not the truth. You don't have to accept it. Instead get back over into abundance and love by speaking words of love and healing to your heart.

Let that be settled in your mind and heart here and now. From here on, look for signs and evidence that confirm to you that you are enough. You may still have thoughts, feelings or energies to the contrary.

But, let them pass right by. Acknowledge them and release them. The lower feelings will eventually dissolve. What will remain is your true essence. That's the real you.
The more you do this, the less internal pain you will feel. You are learning to let go of everything that doesn't serve you. You will find that you feel happier and have more energy in general.

You are the one with the power. Use your creative powers to release anything that is no longer working for you. Then welcome in the love, support and higher energies that you do want to feel. Do this in gratitude and this will be a very smooth transition for you.
