Success does not breed success. The why most people fail to succeed, if we love anything, is simply about their struggle to succeed, about them not being focused, about them not getting up and showing up every day and about potentially not betting all they have and taking a risk, implicating that they have already doubts in their mind.

Reason #1 – Most people do not begin with the end in mind.

You must really conceive and believe what you want to achieve. You need to have your vision so set in your mind that no one or nothing can convey doubts into it.

Change the things you need to change to reach your goal but act as if you already have what you desire and are that person you have decided to be.

Imagine and see yourself already having succeeded.

Reason #2 - People do not take action.
All individuals have dreams or visions but very little act on it.

Take action! You need to have your vision or dream deeply in your mind first.

If you don't believe in your ultimate goal at 100%, what will take place is that you are going to try to make something happen but unconsciously, you will sabotage yourself over and over, because deep inside you don't believe that this is really going to come true.

That is one of the reasons why most people fail to succeed!

Reason #3 - People fail to plan.
People often do not plan their day.

Plan your work and work your plan, or you will lose to procrastination, and there will be days like these.

We all have them! You are not the only one, so if and when it happens, take it easy, check your priorities, and then act.

Massive action equals massive results, meaning that you need to put in the hours, the time, and surely for the first 6 to 12 months of your business, if you want things to run on autopilot.

I work from 6 in the morning until 11 in the evening, sometime I even forget to eat.

But the rewards that come after will be of an hundred fold.

You will have a life on your own terms, a life of freedom to do whatever you want to do.

Reason #4 – A lot of people are not team players
Many individuals think they can or must do everything on their own.

No man/woman is an island; if you need help reach for your mentor, for someone else that you know that has been through what you are going through.

Become a team player. There are things that you are good at and other things that you are not, so you should be able to delegate and outsource these other things you are not good at, and find trustworthy people to help you build your business.

No one can do it all on their own, and that is also why people fail in life.

Reason #5 – People don't use every tool available
So many people forget or think that they do not need tools

Use every software tool available to build your business.

Skype for example is calls and free videos, it is powerful and live. It is a great tool.

Remember that the internet gives you the advantage of having no more graphical boundaries.

You can use Google, Facebook, landing pages, YouTube channel, webinars, Instagram, etc.

You can do presentations all around the world. You can schedule these presentations anytime.
It works 24/7 when one side of the world is sleeping, the other side is awake, and vice versa.

Reason #6 – People do not provide value
People give so little or no more value

Cast the vision and the visionaries will come.

There are others out there that want also to be leaders, or have a better job, or have a life of freedom, and these people will follow you.

Be a global leader, why most people fail to succeed is by not giving and providing high quality value. Don't be cheap and teach what you know or what you have learned.

Learn to help others; it is what a leader is.

You are always building for the next event.

Reason #7 – People do not build relationships
Today is a world of "Now's and Right Away's"

Do not be afraid to build a relationship with your leads or clients, take care of them, write them, ask them if they have any questions, meet them on skype and build the trust.

In doing so, they will be with you for life.

Reason #8 – People have no idea about Boss and leader differences
Most people think it is one and the same.

That is an important part that people fail to understand.

Here are 9 differences between a boss and a leader:
A Boss demands – A Leader coaches
A Boss relies on authority – A Leader relies on good will
A Boss issues ultimatums – A Leader generates enthusiasm
A Boss says "I" – A Leader says "We"
A Boss uses people – A Leader develops people

A Boss places the blame – A Leader accepts blame
A Boss says "Go" – A Leader says "Let's go"
A Boss believes "My way is the only way" – A Leader believes "Strength in unity"

So it is always better to act as a leader than a boss!

But a question still hanging in the balance; what happens to you if and after you win once?

Well, a lot happens in why most people fail to succeed.

The toughest part is allowing yourself to struggle again in your next pursuit.

That's why you are more likely to fail after the first time you win big. And it often isn't the positive, swing for the fences failure, but the soul crushing kind.

"The Ego is the Enemy" Author Ryan Holiday shared exactly why on a recent "The Tim Ferriss Show":

He said "Ego is dangerous when you're aspiring to something, no question, but when you are successful and you've built this thing and then you're trying to do your next thing, when you're convinced that everything you touch turns to gold, that's where ego is the most destructive."

There are a couple reasons for that.

First, your ego, like all of our egos, is insatiable and is hungry for more praise. It is the equivalent of the lab rat being given a sugar cube: It is fine beforehand but, once the sweet treat is introduced, it will get agitated and angry if it doesn't get it again.

You have to train yourself not to take your success as the default. Instead, the practice of your work should be the default.

Second, you have taken your mastery for granted.
Do you remember the first time you started your profession?
Damon Brown, entrepreneur and author, says "I started crafting stories when I was a toddler, so I seriously cannot remember when I began narrating to an audience."

The longer you've been doing something, the less you remember the pain, struggle and hard work it initially required. It is why you should diversify your social circles and create side hustles to make sure you are not mentally complacent.

The greatest cure: Always be a beginner at heart.

I am sure that by now, you do understand better why most people fail. It is now time to act like the leader you are.

And if need be, get yourself a backup team, a few people that really believe in you and that will support you no matter what, even if they are not working for you.
