Extra Firm

Dishes you can make from extra firm tofu are crispy stir-fried tofu with broccoli and spicy green bean salad with Sesame-Lime tofu.

Super Firm

This tofu is very thick and is packed with protein content. You don�t have to worry about it falling apart while you cook it. This tofu type is great to use when you�re cooking in a hurry. If you�re into anything that is crispy and crunchy, the drier the tofu you use the better.
