Overcoming challenges is something we're all faced with at times. Long before my incarceration—over a foolish securities violation, as I describe in detail in my first book of the ever-developing series I thought there was a pile of ongoing problems in my face. I believe these illusory distractions caused me to make wrong decisions that ultimately landed me in prison.
But overcoming challenges, these problems, as I perceived them to be, were merely errors in the way I was traveling along an illusory pathway. Not only was I on the wrong road, but also using the wrong means for getting nowhere. My vision was obscured by the entanglements on the path and seemed I couldn't live life with a purpose.
The Holy Spirit put up the brick wall where I was forced to make a screeching halt and just plain decide I needed to begin overcoming challenges. This was a part of His undoing process, and it continues for me to see.
Yes, of course from prison is where my book series was born, where I'd write daily and send my handwritten journals out to a woman in Florida for the typing of the manuscripts. All the while I'd tell myself that this 10 year prison term was merely a physical pit-stop along the way.
I surely was not happy to be there, but I sensed joy in the fact that I began to understand the process of overcoming challenges, live life with a purpose, and what is going on. I no longer had any problems. I'd tell myself, not only will I be released from prison one day, but I have been released from my errors as well.
At this time it was as though I was seeing a track of fallen dominoes standing back up one by one, but in a new, passionate design. While overcoming challenges I was beginning to see a path to a live life with a purpose, and living it at each moment as I would write to you. Things were unfolding one at a time, and the right people were showing up to assist me on my path. I was seeing this and it is truly amazing I'd admit.
I like how A Course in Miracles teaches that the miracle of inner justice and inner peace is the freedom that can correct all errors. Every problem is simply only an error in thought. It does injustice to you, and therefore your problems are illusion and not true. The Holy Spirit—Who I discovered to be our true inner-Self does not evaluate injustices as great or small, more or less, because they have no properties to Him. They are simply mistakes that are making you suffer, but needlessly.
With this knowledge, you can stop crucifying yourself and ask the Holy Spirit to remove the nails and the crown of thorns, and start overcoming challenges. He will not stop to judge whether you are hurting little or large. He makes only one judgment; that you as God's whole Child—yes, the Son of God, if you will, must not hurt in any size; and that for you to hurt another is unjust for you.
Therefore, your hurt is merely more error that will be corrected. A Course in Miracles teaches us to, "Just ask Him to correct any and all errors, so you may serve your function, which is your free will."
However, a word of caution: Do not believe it is safe to give only some of your mistakes to the Holy Spirit for correction, while you keep others to yourself. You must lay all the cards on the table. Remember that justice is total.
There is no such thing as partial justice. If you feel guilty, you are condemning yourself. You cannot only condemn part of yourself. You cannot only fulfill part of your purpose . . . just as you do not only have part of a purpose.
A Course in Miracles helps us to realize that God knows that we are innocent. He knows the ego causes you to make errors, and this is why He gave you the Holy Spirit as a part of who you are. This is the means God wants you to travel with, so you can be fully and wholly purposeful.

1/21/17... Solving our Problems in Life and Living our Life Purpose
We all have had our share of t problems in life that make life miserable for us at times. Let's take a look at and try to understand why we don't ask the Holy Spirit to solve all of our problems in life for us—and why and how we should.
Our problems can appear in many forms, and will do so while the problem lasts. It serves no purpose to try and solve problems in life in some special way you dreamed up. It will simply recur, and then recur again, and yet again, until it has been solved for all time to come, after which it will never rise again in any form. But really what and who is the Holy Spirit? Only when understanding your true inner Self will you then be released from the problem.
The Holy Spirit—the real divine inner You, and is the only means you have for offering you this release from any and all problems you think you have. All of our problems in life are the same to Him because each one is solved for one, and only one, reason, and through the same approach.
The different aspects that need solving do not change whatever the problem seems to take. This is so because each problem in life, regardless of the form it seems to take, is always a demand that someone should suffer loss and make sacrifice so that you may gain. This makes it simple for the Holy Spirit to solve our problems in life them all in the same manner, and you are free to live your life purpose.
The thoughts we have of separation—meaning when we think we are separate from the whole of creation and our Creator, has taught us our views of gaining and losing. But only when a situation is worked out so nobody loses is the problem actually gone, because it was an error in perception that now has been corrected.
It's that simple for the Holy Spirit: He simply changes how you perceive the situation. He is the inner Self, Who heals thoughts of separation allowing you to be free within the wholeness of all there ever was and will ever be. That's it! Very ingenious, wouldn't you say?
One mistake is not more difficult for the Holy Spirit to bring to the table of truth than is any other. But there is one mistake that causes all of our problems in life when confused about our life purpose . It is our idea that loss is possible, and could result in gain for anyone. If this were true, and you could possibly lose in order for someone else to gain, or if someone else could lose for you to gain, then God would be unfair, sin would be real, attack would be justified, and vengeance would be a fair game.
A Course in Miracles teaches us that this one mistake in any form has one correction. It's as simple as this: There is no loss. To even think there is, is a mistake in your thinking. You have no problems; you just think you do. Yet, you couldn't think so if you saw them vanish one by one without regard to size, complexity, or place and time, or even any attribute you perceive that makes each one seem different from the rest.
Don't think that the limits you impose on what you see are going to limit God in any way. They can't, because you have His Will to fulfill. A Course in Miracles further helps us to realize there can be no problems for you when you are fulfilling your life purpose.
