The Truth in you; living a life of purpose surely is personal.

It's individual and does not need to suggest extraordinary experiences. It's specifically just what you truly want in life, and you may have to travel some peaks and valleys with some self-exploration; a journey you won't regret.

Truth is constant and it does not delay. It's always there and goes nowhere. It doesn't even take a break to "stretch" itself. When you are living a life of truth in every aspect of your "wanting," you will no longer be wanting because all of your needs will be met.

A Course in Miracles teaches us that "delay is of the ego, because time is its lifeblood." As I discuss in detail in both my books, both time and delay are meaningless in eternity, which is where you always are, when you're living in truth.

You are eternal. Your ego and its "substance" will turn to dust one day, and when this does happen, where will you be? Your body will be decaying and rotting away. But what about you?

You will be in the same eternal place you always have been. You only need the Holy Spirit while you are occupying this body. A Course in Miracles helps us to see this is so because you need the Holy Spirit to give you communication from God, while the ego is running the dream of separation, which you are in.

Yes, that's right. Your dream of life is a section of the Christ Mind that has slipped into a daydream of sorts. The dream thinks it can better itself by being separate from the One Thought of God—which is the answer to questions that plague many, such as: What do I want to do? Or, what do I want to be? Or, what can I do to change my life?

As we discussed earlier, this is what the Garden of Eden is really meant to symbolize. There is no reference anywhere that Adam ever woke up from the deep sleep the Bible portrays. In his dream, the "Tree of Knowledge" was violated due to a "wanting" with no involvement of truth, which is really "wishing."

The dream of separation can be compared to lucid dreaming, where part of our mind is consciously aware of the dream while we are having it.

The part of the Christ Mind actually doing the dreaming has a perfect alibi: this sleeping part is really not there in the dream; it is at Home with God, sleeping comfortably.

As in all your dreams, you are the main character present, who you think to be your real self. But this character, or ego, is for many is merely a representation of who you think you are.

This is why God has given us His Holy Spirit: so truth can be communicated to us, as the Holy Spirit whispers loving thoughts into our mind as we slowly awaken—so we may script our life in this world around our reflection of Heaven, while dreaming of life in this world. Makes sense?

Think about it. Do you try to awaken your dreaming child by frantically shaking her and abruptly turning on the lights?

No, we speak softly and touch her gently. The Holy Spirit is awakening us slowly and comfortably, making us feel peace and joy and conveying understanding of what is true.

Remember, where we truly exist in eternity, while we dream, there is no time, such as in the concept of awakening "slowly." The Holy Spirit only uses time where it is understood by the part of your mind that dreams.

All messages He reminds you of are in direct opposition to the ego's notions, because true and false perception are opposed to one another.

There is no truth in the dream, and you dream of perception. However, there is truth in what He is teaching you as you slowly awaken. This part—your right-mind—perceives truly.
