How Do Sales Funnels Work?
There are four main stages in sales funnels. These are the awareness phase, the evaluation phase, the purchase phase, and the repurchase phase. Find out what these phases are in the next section:
Awareness Phase:
This phase is where you show a customer-to-be that you can solve a problem that they want answers to. As the name implies, this is where you make people aware that your kind of service exists and that they need to have it. Evaluation Phase
In this phase of sales funnels, you have already captured the customer�s attention. They are now in the process of taking in the information that you have provided and assessing if it is something they want to pursue. During this phase, you do not really have a say anymore. the customer is at a point where he is comparing prices, features and uses. Your content will be the one that will help them make the decision to buy from you or not.
Purchase Phase
If you have a good content, a stellar sales team, and an amazing product, your sales funnels will eventually reach this phase. This is the part where you have segregated out of hundreds of potential customers the one who will buy from you. There is not much you can do at this point but wait for the ink to dry.
Repurchase Phase
This is the part of sales funnels that you want to achieve. When your brand becomes more established and you continue to give the best kind of content, you might just make a loyal customer out of people who buy from you. They become so loyal that they will continue to buy your stuff even if you do not ask them to. They will buy it because they see value in buying it. They believe in your product so much that they come back for more.
Creating Brand Ambassadors
The other step that people often forget in managing sales funnels is the way they expand their network because of the loyal customers. If customers are satisfied with your product or service, they are more likely to recommend it to anyone who needs it. This widens your audience easily. Do not take this step lightly as it is way to get feedback from customers.

Analyzing your sales funnels should be considered a critical part of your strategic marketing. Ensuring that these funnels are flowing freely will assure you that you will have a continuous stream of customers to increase your sales figures.
