PhpMyAdmin will allow you to import your data into one of its databases. Once import is complete, select �Browse� and find the backup files stored in your computer or hard drive. Before clicking the �Go� button, make sure that the format used in the drop-down menu is SQL. If all goes well, your backup should be restored in no time!
