The cupcakes can be ordered online or through phone. The cupcakery offers cupcakes delivery, Sydney CBD and Sydney metro area are supplied for now.
Orders are delivered within the same day if the order is made in the morning and within the Sydney CBD. For deliveries to the Sydney Metro area, deliveries are made the next day. Expect deliveries during business hours, from Mondays through Saturdays.
Clients can ask questions or seek assistance with their order via phone or email. A team is standing by to help. The store�s customer care line is also open for those who have trouble placing online orders in the store�s website.
To place orders, take note of the cutoff times. For classic sized cupcakes, place the order before 10 AM of the day before the cupcake is to be delivered. For petite cupcakes, as well as celebration cakes, cut-off for orders is 4 PM 2 days before the cupcakes is expected delivery day.
Certain flavor may not be available at the time of placing the order. In case the preferred flavor is not available, the cupcakery will inform the client and offer replacement flavors.
The cupcakery will call the client after the order is placed.
Customized orders are not accepted via fax or email. The cupcakery recommends making appointments with in-store consultants. Special orders are accepted. Call the store or send requests via email and the store will do its best to accommodate the special needs.
In-store orders are accepted and the cupcakes delivered as scheduled. In-store orders are accepted from 8:30 AM to 4 PM from Mondays to Fridays. On Saturdays, in-store order placements are accepted from 9AM to 2 PM.
Payments can be made through different payment processors. Accepted payments are through Paypal, American Express, MasterCard and VISA. American Express payments have a 3% surcharge. The credit card account used for payments will be charged only after the order is made.
Full payment is required upfront upon making an order.
For deliveries, the store requires a minimum order. The minimum ois $40 worth of cupcakes or cakes. This minimum amount excludes the delivery fee.
Delivery fee varies. The fee can be seen on the checkout page. It starts at $11, including GST (Goods and Services Tax).
In case of order errors or cancellations, call to inform the cupcakery. For errors in the order confirmation, notify via email or phone by 12 noon, a day before the order is to be delivered. To cancel an order, call the branch where the order was placed before 12 noon, a day before the order is due for pick-up or delivery.
