Try not to feel bad or anything negative when you see companies that do ask for fees. To us it's common sense that you need not pay anyone in order to work with them, or for them. Don't get trapped into the thought that you'll make a killing in sales just because you handed out some product samples for free. It's possible that people will think well about you, but these free samples in no way will ever guarantee a sale. Before handing out the free offers, think about that person before doing it. Find those who could be persuaded to buy after getting a sample. If you offer the sample too soon, your prospect will simply walk away with it. You can tell when someone is weighing something, and they're leaning one way or the other. You can manage your money and avoid handing them all out too fast.

Make every effort to be there for the people you sponsor and bring in. It will adversely affect performance if you're not around to answer questions and help. Nobody is going to try to make money for someone who is never around. The more available you are and the more supportive you are of your team the harder they will work for you. Answer your cell phone, reply to emails, etc. Be a good boss and your business will thrive! You absolutely are able to make very serious money with MLM if it's done correctly and with the right perspective.
