Ret. FBI Agent Predicts Kevin Clinesmith is Durham's First Domino to Fall

Why would the Justice Department cut a deal with Kevin Clinesmith? He's been described in many media reports as; "a low level FBI attorney."

Kevin is about to plead guilty to a single count of falsifying a government document and millions of Americans are wondering if Kevin will be the lone sacrificial lamb in the Democrats plot to overthrow our government.

This is not likely, since the timing indicates that a herd of alligators, scorpions and snakes are also headed to the slaughter house. US Attorney Durham flipped Clinesmith as the first domino which should topple a long line of vermin.

One indication that Clinesmith is now a cooperating witness is that the federal government rarely if ever charges someone with a single count.

For example, when I worked narcotics and seized drugs, the dealer was charged with conspiracy to distribute narcotics, distribution of narcotics, and use of the telephone in furtherance of distributing narcotics. The drill boiled down to, "If you agree to cooperate and give up your supplier, we'll allow you to plead to one count, but if you want to roll the dice then we'll ask for consecutive sentences on all three charges."

Only Durham knows if Clinesmith has anything of value in exchange for avoiding the gray bar hotel at Lewisburg Federal Penitentiary. The US Attorney of Connecticut would not have made that deal unless Clinesmith could implicate the fish swimming above his depth.

Kevin Clinesmith is a weak individual who would never, as in NEVER, falsify a document without the knowledge and approval of someone above his pay grade. Kevin had access, opportunity and motive to engage in criminal conversations with the likes of Strzok, Page, McCabe, Priestap, Comey, and others yet unknown. If we were playing chess rather than dominoes, Kevin would be a pawn.

Clinesmith and Sally Moyer were smack in the middle of both the Hillary Clinton e-mail and the Russian Collusion investigations. He was listed as "FBI Attorney 2" in the 2019 Inspector General report, while Sally Moyer was "FBI Attorney 1." Peter Strzok has testified that his FBI team on these two investigations were unbiased steely eyed arbiters.

Here's a sample of some texts and Instant Messages (IM) between Clinesmith and other investigators.

After Comey decided that Anthony Weiner's e-mails did not implicate Hillary, FBI #2 (Clinesmith) instant messaged: FBI #5: "Jesus Christ: Glad FBI is fixing 'horrible mistake' on clinton emails..."

When Trump won the presidency Clinesmith texted to Moyer: "I'm just devastated, Plus, my god damned name is all over the legal documents investigating his staff,"

"Is it making you rethink your commitment to work for a Trump administration?" Moyer wondered, referring to Clinesmith's plan to leave the FBI after Trump's inauguration.

"Hell no," Clinesmith responded. "Viva le resistance."

Why is Clinesmith a ticking time bomb and why did Durham choose August 14th to announce a guilty plea?

Kevin may be a low level FBI attorney but his assignments could turn him into the John Dean of Watergate fame. He was present at many of the meetings when Strozk, Page and McCabe conspired to prevent and then overturn the election of the President of the United States.

Kevin also has knowledge of other criminal acts committed by members of the Mid Term (Hillary's e-mail) and Crossfire Hurricane Investigation (Steele Dossier).

They believed that Clinton would win the election and they'd be bulletproof. If they were so cavalier about documenting their words and actions on government phones one can only imagine the conversations they had over wine.

Clinesmith had social as well as professional access to the FBI personnel leaking classified information to the NY Times and Washington Post in exchange for dinners and tickets to events (A felony).

Clinesmith also had knowledge of Peter Strzok changing the wording in the official e-mail report that Hillary was "extremely careless," instead of "grossly negligent." This subtle wordsmithing downgraded a felony to a "my bad."

Kevin Clinesmith could be a one man pandemic carrier of legal contamination for many individuals who could lose their careers and freedom.

You can bet that a minimum of ten individuals have consulted their attorneys and are conducting damage control. Clinesmith can't touch the Clapper's, Brennan's, Susan Rice's, and Rod Rosenstein's, but, the dominoes will eventually fall in their direction. It's the old saying about most of us being six steps removed from Kevin Bacon.

Durham chose August 14th since the federal justice system works like a locomotive headed toward the election. He's announcing that the train is about to leave the station.

Individuals who are aware of their guilt and conspired with Clinesmith have two options. Come forward quickly, make a deal, and get on the train. Or, they can wait till the train departs filled with other co-conspirators willing to implicate them in criminal activity and get trampled on the tracks. Democrats can't legitimately complain of election interference since none of the players are running for office.

This conspiracy involved so many individuals that damage control would be risky. There are too many moving parts and the finger pointing has begun. It's every man (and woman) for themselves, and this particular group of individuals has an additional burden.

They are not your run of the mill criminal who occupied the fringe of society. These individuals took an oath of loyalty to their country and God. No matter the good they have accomplished during their careers their epitaph will always include "disgraced public servant."

The rules of Domino explain that the Block Game is usually played cutthroat. So, make sure that your partner is sitting across the table from you. This also applies to co-conspirators.

Mr. Durham has begun the game with Kevin Clinesmith as the first domino to fall in this Shakespearean tragedy.
